Yearly maintenance starting at $6.85 a day and includes the following:
Home inspection with written report
Clean gutters
Plumbing inspection
Drain hot water heater (when applicable)
Check operation of sump pump
Furnace and A/C unit clean and inspection (filters at extra cost)
- $50 credit per contract year toward new HVAC equipment
Up to 3, 8 hour visits per year for handyman or painting projects (supplies extra) which include:
- Clean the clothes dryer duct and vent
- Change smoke detector and carbon monoxide batteries and check service life dates
- Change light bulbs as needed, even those impossible to reach bulbs
- Check operation and weather seal of exterior doors
- Check operation of windows and interior doors
- Check exterior for loose or damaged siding or trim
Prioritized list with estimate for any additional repairs needed.
